Welcome back to Young Lee's Kitchen!!
Lee loads up the bbq and heads down to one of the local dams with a few freshly caught Marron (freshwater crayfish) for a cook up with a simple, yet very effective recipe! Testing out the new camera and microphone setup (sorry about the average audio, still working it out :) ) with everybody's favourite, garlic and chilli Marron! Not a bad way to finish off a productive Marron season for 2022!
