This (and slight variations of this) have become my everyday loaf. I skip some steps of a usual sourdough bread, so this is a stripped down basic recipe, but it is great for getting your feet wet if you are just starting out.

Recipe
feed starter 1-2 times before baking
Soak 400 g all purpose flour (2 3/4 cup)+ 200 g whole wheat flour (1 1/2 cup) + 360 g water (1 2/3 cup)
knead 150 g starter (~ 1/2 cup) with soaked flour +15 g salt (2 tsp) and 15 g ground flax seed (1 Tbsp)
cover and let rise for 8 hours or so
form a loaf and place in a floured towel lined bowl overnight
Preheat dutch oven to 500 F
score loaf and carefully place in DO, bake covered 45 minutes for a blonde loaf or an additional 5-10 minutes for a crustier crust.
