Here is a quick build of putting together a table and fence for my grandpa’s old drill press. I’ve wanted one of these for quite a while and now that I have it, I don’t know why I waited so long!
I used a product called Track Tubes for the fence. I have been testing out some of these aluminum extrusions for a while now and it’s surprised me how many different ways they come in handy. Go to tracktubes.com to reserve some for yourself.
The flip-stop I made is not my design. That came from Paul Jenkins, The Wood Knight, here on YouTube and I modified it slightly to fit my needs and materials.
