1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
7.5 ounces (1/2 can) sweet potato puree
¼ cup water
1 cup grated zucchini
1 ½ cups all-purpose or whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
