Video showcasing a new highway built to alleviate traffic congestion on urban highways by bypassing the city to the south.
The video begins in a older city (built 2010, suffered from prop pox and crashing until recently) which contains the last section of Maxis Highway I ever made. It may be replaced one day. The highway then extends south and skirts around the metro area providing an alternate route around the city for long-distance traffic.
The area around the highway is hilly, being developed or will be developed soon. I wanted to show the highway before buildings overshadow it.
