One of the best DLC tracks full stop, Apartment Life does a great job with only 4 tracks! Seemingly composed by Bill Cameron based on his yt comments + the fact he's in the credits in-game, although it's hard to tell because no track is specifically listed with any composer. I recall they're listed as 'audio team' or something. Whoever it is did a great job anyhoo :)
