In this scathing workplace mockumentary, go inside City Hall to meet the exhausted staff trying to keep civilization running while "The Mayor" (an unseen, omnipotent gamer) plays god with their lives.
Witness the chaos as Mr. Right tries to explain why a statue of a plumber isn't infrastructure, Chief Burner attempts to fight riots with zero funding, and Planner Pam watches in horror as the residential district is replaced by a radioactive Llama Dome. From the first zoning permit to the inevitable alien invasion, this is the story of what happens when the player gets bored.
