How much silver is actually available—and could the market be far tighter than official inventory figures suggest? Rob Kientz breaks down the Silver Institute and CPM Group estimates, revealing why neither can definitively account for how much silver remains available for investment after decades of industrial use. He warns that the financialization of silver through ETFs, leases, swaps and other paper claims makes the true supply picture even harder to determine.
