IMPORTANT: For this run to be possible, I had to downpatch (the jailer guy doesn't spawn if you haven't saved bellbeast on later patches). The patch I used was 1.0.28650

The goal of this category is to get softlocked in The Slab (by going there in Act 1 without ever freeing bellbeast) and then to buy its bellway

This run was decent, but I had a better pace by about 30 seconds going into the Slab on the previous run. Definitely quite a bit of time to be saved, especially considering 74v13r has a (currently unuploaded) 24:05
