ok so first lm sorry but this feels so weird, i dont like venting to people because i dont want to burden them or worry them about my problems which i cant even solve by myself so you dont have to read this ok

this is basically about a lot of things
ill try to make it as short as possible since i dont wann type too much rn

i have a lot of mood swings, i tend to get sador angry for no reason, getting sad is the worst thing because it makes me overthink about my problems and almost go into breakdown, i usually recover from these in the same day but they happen very constantly, like every day or 2, im tired and i dont know what to do to stop them or slow them down or at least recover from them quickly

i suddenly got social anxiety at the start of this year, probably because of some "events" that started in my discord server and gave me many trust issues. im like scared to socialize online, it doesn't affect me a lot irl like i feel like i dont socialize a lot but i have a good amount of friends. so i would sometimes get uncomfortable to talk with people, i usually talk to one friend the most because shes my best friend. dont get this wrong, y'all are so nice with me, i dont deserve you, i wish i wasn't like this sometimes

i pretend to be fine, theyre always telling me to fukcking smile, i feel like im dying, i want to hurt myself, im sorry, im just tired
