Ordering Pizza is easy, but making it yourself is a challenge anyone can do.

Sauce Recipe:
2 - 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 Cloves of Garlic, minced or crushed
1 tsp Dry Oregano
A Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1 28oz can of Whole Plum Tomatoes

Crush the tomatoes with your hands. Fry the Garlic, Oregano, and Pepper Flakes in the Olive oil for a few minutes. Add the Tomatoes and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Pizza Dough
18 Oz of All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Dry Active Yeast
2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Honey
1 1/2 cups of Warm Water

Proof the yeast in warm water for 15 minutes with the Honey. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add the water mixture. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes by hand, adding flour as needed. The dough should be pretty sticky, but workable. Separate the dough into 2 halves. Each half will make 1 pizza, and you can freeze the dough for a few months if you won't eat it right away.

Let the dough rise for at lease a half hour, keeping it in a warm place if possible. Fill a bowl with Semolina Flour and coat the dough on all sides. Spread some flour on a work surface and flatten the dough with your fingertips. Continue to do this until the dough is nice and workable, and nearly the size you want it. To really get the dough nice and thin, roll the dough onto your knuckles and gently stretch it in the air by stretching and rotating the dough over your knuckles.

Heat up your oven to 500 degrees, keeping your Pizza Stone at the bottom of your oven to heat up. After 10 to 15 minutes, remove your pizza stone and place it on a heat-proof surface (I use my stove top.) Be careful, because that stone will be HOT.

Stretch your dough over the pizza stone and coat it with olive oil. Spread on a little sauce, fresh Mozzarella and Parmesan, and whatever else you want to add.

Throw your pizza stone on the bottom of your oven and cook the pizza until it's nice and golden-brown. It should take about 10-15 minutes.

Slice it up and enjoy! Please eat it with your hands...
