This project is a tribute to Tom Patrick Thornton, a founder,
coordinator and leader of Times Square Playwright’s in New York City,
a workshop for writers to bring in their plays to be performed by actors.
Tom was consistent, reliable, insightful, honest and encouraging to beginners. He passed away on July 3rd, 2021. During the last two years
of his life, he wanted to record some of the writer's work while in progress. This is a scene from Dawn Jamieson's play; 'Silent Quest', a story about a priest from a reservation and a Native American female attorney who
bring a sexually abusive priest to justice while helping each other find
their identities within cultures.
