📚🚆 Books + trains = the perfect reading spot
Nearly 169 readers and transit fans hopped aboard the RTD N Line on Feb. 26 for a unique meetup hosted by the Denver Public Library’s Silent Pages Society.
The group gathered at Denver Union Station before riding to Eastlake•124th Station, turning the train into a quiet reading space on the rails. With books ranging from sci-fi and classics to manga and fantasy, customers enjoyed a screen-free way to connect, read, and explore the region by rail.
As one customer put it: “The motion of the train and the white noise make a really nice reading zone.”
