Harry finally crosses the bridge to the over side of Silent Hill. He then comes across a police station and checks it out but all he finds is a memo and something about there being drugs in Silent Hill. After he makes his way to the hospital and meets a doctor there named Kauffman. Kauffman has no idea where Cheryl is and he doesn't know whats going on, he then leaves. Harry continues the search for his daughter in the hospital. He then finds an elevator which brings him to the mysterious fourth floor which changes the hospital into a nightmare version just just like the school. Harry continues his search through the nightmare version of the hospital....
