Released in 2008, Silent Hill: The Escape was a simple first-person maze-like shooter developed exclusively for iOS devices. Split across 10 levels, the goal is to explore the stage to find a key and escape while avoiding enemies along the way. Controls are simple; slide up, down, left or right to move, aim with the gyroscope and fire by tapping the screen. Completing the game once unlocks a 2nd run with an alternate ending which in turn unlocks a 3rd run with its own ending, but the gameplay and stage layout remain the same which is unfortunately why they are absent in this video.
