This is a minor glitchy thing that happened in the Nightmare Hospital level a few months ago. More info below!
What happened here is that when I went to use the key to open the door leading to the cutscene with Josh, the nurses pushed the movable cart into Alex during the fade in/fade out. When I regained control of Alex, he was on top of the cart.
I was able to kinda get a very quick glimpse out of bounds which is actually pretty cool for the Hospital level since it is impossible to get out of bounds any other way (that is known) in this part of the game.
Just a neat little thing. I suppose it could be replicated, but I'm certainly not going to try to do that. I think I saw all that could be done with it.
