I'm giving Silent Hill 3 (PS2) a whirl via emulation now since I've finished SH1 on duckstation and SH2, the enhanced PC port. I am astounded at just how much graphically they were able to accomplish between 2 and 3. It's insane how strong the aesthetic is in 3. And yeah, I realize I'm running the game in 4k/60 with de-interlacing off thanks to PCSX2, but I'm still impressed.
