It's finally here, The first edition of my HD Voice Pack for Silent Hill 3, featuring Your favorite professional voice actors. This mod also includes a fix by Psycho which fixes the pitch of alot of sounds which were messed up due to using the wrong sampling rate. These files would be used AGAIN for the HD Ports of the game. This is only version 1 and i'm looking to fix some technical audio goofs the new voices introduced in later revisions. This mod uses Reloaded II by sewer to load the new VO properly without crashing the game. Installation instructions are provided in the download as well as the required prerequisites. Have fun! I might be doing a Audio Enhancement Pack in the future.
