It's finally here, This project aims to port the voices from the HD collection (the new cast) to the pc version of Silent Hill 2, Using the essential fixes provided the Silent Hill 2 enhanced Community. This project also uses the FMVS from that pack to provide the best picture quality for 16;9 displays as well as the Ps2 audio encroachment pack to provide the best experience. all Credits to the authors of this mod in the read me.

Please apply all essential files and then apply this.
