YOU NEED THE NEWEST DUCKSTATION VERSION THAT FEATURES TEXTURE REPLACEMENT BY STENZEK.
Once inside Duckstation extract the SLUS folder into DOCUMENTS/DUCKSTATION/TEXTURES
then go to settings while the game is running, and choose GRAPHICS/TEXTURE REPLACEMENT
make sure "preload texture replacements" and "enable texture cache" is turned on. Reset your emulator.
Yes, these were ai upscaled. No, this is not a remaster. I am aware that newer people who arent used to HD texture packs are entering this video with loads of criticism. I ask that you all respectfully eat my ass. This is the only pack thats garnered so much negativity for a game franchise that was shrouded in poor releases since the first 4. Onto the next game!
