Youll probably wanna do this one as soon as it becomes available, before youre powered the boss up too much. The Rebi is your friend, make use of the spin attack. Use the gun as much as possible, because missing with it will not ruin your katana accuracy.

Restart the level until you get the target in this house. Its surprisingly easy to just walk in and poison the wine without a disguise, so long as you time it right. Very easy Silent Assassin 4 u")
