On this episode of the Signpost Series which took place on Friday, 31 July, host Dr. Tom O'Dwyer, Head of the Signpost Programme, Teagasc was joined by Neal Folliard, Walsh Scholar, Teagasc to discuss the use of rapeseed cake to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in beef cattle.
