Slapped together in a few minutes. Forgot a location shot for key 2, It's the bottom right of the map. Used CE to save some time. Pay no heed to ammo counts or movement speed ;)

1st save should allow you to grab the key and might help with figuring out exactly why it breaks. Second save has the key picked up already.

There are 3 SSTV frequencies in Medical, Residential and Rotfront that reveal the key locations.
