Sig had some early issues when they introduced this gun in February 2018 but the recoil spring was not one of them. I had a spring failure on a low round count pistol and wanted to see if I caused the problem or was it just a rare defective recoil spring. Sig replaced the spring & guide rod assembly at no charge.
