Sid Wilson is out of Slipknot. Permanently. He was told Friday afternoon, and nobody has said why.

TMZ broke the story on Friday, July 31, 2026, citing one source close to the band with direct knowledge of the decision. As of this video, Slipknot has not released a statement, Sid has not posted, and management is not commenting. TMZ's own reporting says the reason is unclear.
