The ending of the DOS version of Covert Action after capturing the 26 masterminds, rather underwhelming I feel. Astute viewers that notice the FLN and Libyan Embassy were captured twice, this happened because the game would not load saves from the title screen so I had to load it from the hotel menu. This triggers the completion of the previous case again, leading to two entries under career.
