Hi — I want to share a stunning 19-chorus Piano blues solo by Michel Petrucciani.
This solo is a tour de force of virtuosity and harmonic sophistication, but what makes it so compelling is how rootsy, bluesy and groovy it is.
Some moments are simple and others explode with ridiculous bebop lines replete with approach notes, and harmonic extravaganzas.
The album is Michel Petrucciani & Eddy Louiss - Conférence de presse.
