Before you begin
⏰ Scheduling: Morning is easiest for collection but any time works if you follow the schedule. Plan early-week collection and ship within 2 days.

Step-by-Step
✅ Set your schedule: Fill in the chart and labels with collection times; label tubes in numerical order.
✅ Mix lactulose: Prepare solution; set aside until after Tubes 1–2.
✅ Brush with water only before Tube 1.
✅ Breath technique: Grip device at the blue band; inhale normally, hold 5 seconds, exhale steadily to inflate the bag; mid-exhale press tube fully onto the needle for 2 sec; remove tube before you stop exhaling. One puncture per tube, single continuous exhale.
✅ Repeat on schedule: Store each labeled tube in the bubble-wrap bag.
✅ Activate online: Go to gdx.net/activate and enter the Activation number and record your collection times.
✅ Pack & ship: Seal tubes in bubble-wrap bags → kit box → FedEx bag; include the label sheet; drop at an authorized FedEx location (see gdx.net/shipping).
