It's an LP cover from 1978 for the Danish group Shu-Bi-Dua, which I tried to recreate in Blender.
It was the band's 5th album, so the little apostrophe is shaped like a 5, cleverly referencing both '78er' and '5er,' playing on the idea of a 78 rpm record in 1978 - much like their lyrics, which are often filled with double meanings and puzzles.
The piano piece is from a song on the album that I played. Perhaps one day, I'll create a full version of it.
