When the time comes, will you be kneeling? The latest Barely Fluent offering is the debut of SHRINES, modern post punk with a classic sound, reminiscent of bands like Christian Death and The Sound. They’re located in Chicago but the members have played in bands from all over the country such as Zig-Zag, Uhu, Porno Glows, G.O.O.N., and Loose Lid just to name a few, coming together to reveal the sounds of the ether to us. Turn off the lights, put a flame to the wicks, hand away your offerings, and kneel before the shrines.
