To use J-LINKs you most have the J-LINK RFID item in your inventory or be ranked an engineer. If you don't have the RFID, you will not be able to access the J-LINK control box.

This means any player can be able to use the J-LINKs by either being given the RFID as part of your rank OR steal the RFID from locations around the train.

(J-LINKs reopen after 5 minutes being locked down, to ensure trolling / balancing is in place to not make it too overpowered)
