This generation of kids in America have the most processed unhealthiest diets and the most sedentary lifestyles in modern history, and they are sicker younger than ever before. Young kids are getting diabetes, high blood pressure, and autoimmune diseases that were seen much later in life only 20 years ago. People in their 20s and 30s are getting cancers we used to see in people twice their age. We need to do something about this.
Something as simple as putting your kids on a hyper-nourishing plant-based diet can prevent all the major illness people are dying from today and give them the best chance at health! So share that green smoothie with them! Include them in making raw meals. Teach them the truth about food. It's the least we can do.
