Canada is in a tough spot. Canola farmers are struggling due to tariffs imposed by China in response to Canada’s 100% tariff on Chinese EVs.

The Carney government is currently reviewing Canada’s position on Chinese EVs. If the tariffs are removed, we risk upsetting the US and the possibility of China dumping its EVs into the Canadian market.
