Should all men discern the priesthood??? This is a good question and having a good answer to it can provide a lot of freedom in life. I have recently entered into a new level of freedom through greater trust in the Lord and being more grounded in the truth that He loves me, knows what is best for me, wants what is best for me, and will always provide for me.

This freedom has come from just surrendering and not grasping or trying to control things for my future too much. It is about being detached from the desires we have for the future and surrendering them to God. The desires are not bad, but we should not be attached to them. Understand they are they and could be from God, but do not be attached.
The priesthood is truly a gift and a special call. Do not be afraid if you feel that being a priest may be a possibility for your life because if it is what is God is calling you to, it will bring you the greatest joy and you will be doing the best work in building the kingdom of God. If it is your mission, God will give you the desire if you surrender to him.
