If you cannot open a file downloaded from the web, for example with 4K video downloader or youtube-dl, this might be because of the way these programs save the file. Try this simple trick by just changing the file's possibly spaces containing name to something simple. You might also have to put it in a folder/path without spaces. In the worst case, put the video file into C:/file.mp4
