Ali, why are you cutting down trees you monster!?
Well, the neighbour's dogs kept getting through the vegetation and marauding around our garden and since having the kiddo, the garden needs to be safe and fenced off aaaand the trees were in the way of that. Leylandii tend not to add much biodiversity but always check for nesting birds/avoid doing it in spring/summer.
