Her philosophy for the business is "Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us, that’s blowouts!” With over 100 locations across the United States, Drybar has grown into a massive business not only as a salon but also hair products sold in Sephora, Ulta, Bloomingdale's & Nordstrom. She's also started a podcast with her brother who is also a founder of the business and its called "Raising the Bar"
