SORRY FOR NOT UPLOADING IN FOREVER but I'm back now (hopefully for good). I'm really active on my other social media (check description) so it'll be a good idea to follow me there. I use Clip Studio Paint to draw the frames and I edit them together in Premiere Pro and I draw on a Surface Pro 4!
