Let’s go shopping at Hermès! Somehow I always end up finding something I’m not prepared for😂 and today was no different. Today I just went in to see if there were any new scarves. One new FW24 scarf on my list did arrive! It’s the Precious Paradise 45 by Katie Scott. It was adorable, but I didn’t get a clip of it. I also spotted the new Parade Twilly by Jonathan Burton. Loved both sides and the ode to the late window designer Leila Menchari with her signature Rhino towards the middle. Also the Grand Manege by Henri d'Origny in a size 70 for the versatility of the different corners. Here’s what really caught my eye though— the Pampa 70. This is a reissue of the pattern that was first released in 1988 as a 90cm by Jean De Fougerolle. I’m not usually attracted to patterns this traditional, but honestly I think my “As Seen In” movie series is swaying me. I was in love with the 70cm washed silk combo and also the unconfirmed possible dip dye technique possibly used here too.
