In this video, I show you the Shop Icon Displacement Glitch. To do the Glitch you want the Dorrie Shop Icon to be to the east of the Glass, then you just want to enter the Painting. That's basically all, I don't know why it works, but it works. But what does the Glitch do? It doesn't really do anything, since you just have the Shop Icon appear on a different Map, and you can't warp to Shops by pressing the Icon or something, so there's nothing to do with it. I still wanted to show this because I still find it interesting and funny to do.
The Painting that appears in the Glass is always different depending on what Kingdoms you choose, if you want to test this stuff yourself, here's a list of showing what kingdoms to choose to get each Painting to be there:

If you Choose Wooded + Seaside
Seaside has the Cascade Painting

If you Choose Wooded + Snow
Seaside has the Wooded Painting

If you Choose Lake + Seaside
Seaside has the Cascade Painting

If you Choose Lake + Snow
Seaside has the Lake Painting

This Glitch can be done in all Versions of Super Mario Odyssey. It was done in 1.2.0 in this Video.
