Wild HERB grazing
For me, personally wild spring grazing is one of my all-time favorite things to do...
In the early spring, many plants have not yet started producing “anti-herbivore” chemistry to protect themselves. This makes it the perfect time to get curious and tune in with wild chemistry.
As a Rewilding practice, I love adding as much local genetic diversity and plant wisdom to my diet as I can in the spring. I believe this strengthens the immune system and helps teach my body how to be more resilient, and adaptive to the environment in which I live.
