The few Tokugawa armies, powerful though they are, remain split by an Ikko Ikki bastion in the centre of their small empire. Tanenaga continues to push southwest as Hirotada presses on the Hojo, to take Izu, the new capital of the emerging Tokugawa.

Campaign Rules:
- War with everyone from the first turn (this is total war)
- Cannot recruit any units from buildings. No using units that were obtained from buildings.
- Can only hire merchant ships from ports. No military ship recruiting.
