December 20, 2023 - Starbase, Texas: As of 5:10 a.m. CST, a “Possible Closure” is in place for Highway 4 Boca Chica Road on the CameronCountyTX alerts website.

The status of whether the residents of Starbase / Boca Chica village received an Overpressure Notice for today is unknown.I have reason to believe there will be a Ship 28 static fire sometime today between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

There is always a possibility of the Possible Closure to be “Revoked,” which means the road would remain open and testing will not occur, today.I will continue to monitor the website to see the road closure status.

In other news, Booster 10 was lifted onto the Orbital Launch Mount (OLM) yesterday (December 19, 2023) beginning around 2:20 p.m. CST.

From my perspective, this indicates Booster 10 may undergo a static fire test either this week or next week.
