I was saving each process of evolving them but then I remembered that I didn't record Glaceon's. I had a shiny Glaceon from a previous PoGo event that gave me a shiny Eevee. I only managed to get four Eevees on one account and ran out of Pokeballs then I used my alt. account and got three more and that gave me the full house.
Glad that this month's community day was Eevee because I was not looking forward to shiny hunt for them.
