STORYLINE ( MUST READ to understad):
Well, this video shows that Ran betrayed Shinichi! yup, the Ran and kaito scene... I think Ran here is a 'troublesome case' because even though he was betrayed, he keeps on loving her, and that's a troublesome situation right?. Well, of course Ran wants Shinichi to forgive her. He recalls all the memories with her as conan and shinichi... at the ending... he said that "it will end soon..."

You decide if it's their relationship OR their fight that will end ... :)

If you're a POSITIVE thinker: you will think that their fight has ended and Shinichi forgave Ran.

If you're a NEGATIVE thinker: You will think that their relationship has ended and Ran was not forgiven.
