So many of you know that I came down with Shingles back in August. Catching Shingles early is extremely important. You have to get on the anti viral within the first 72 hours of spotting the rash. The anti viral can help with the healing process and hopefully cut down on the duration. So I wanted to make this video in case anyone else ends up having these symptoms they know to get to their doctor immediately.
If it weren't for Rich knowing what Shingles were I probably would have waited a lot longer to seek medical attention. Such a good hubby!
