Out of the four deities Huang Long Unleashes Xuanwu is the only one you can realistically beat at this point.

He's a bulky boy and can raise his defenses a lot but a weakness to fire is crippling. Just make sure you wait until you've done basically every other siequest in the netherworld to start this one as there's going to be 4 bosses roaming the world and 3 of them are tough.
