This is "Living With Determination" from the video game Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3. Music originally composed by Shoji Meguro, with a special arrangement by Atsushi Kitajoh.

Arranged by Daisy Chen for performance by The Intermission Orchestra, a collegiate student community orchestra, for its Spring 2022 Concert in Price Center West Ballroom, in La Jolla, California.
