Shin Bison appears in several Street Fighter games. Although unlockable in SFA3, in order to explore his moveset and combos in the other games, hacks have to be used. Ended up being a ton of work but It was way more fun than I thought it would be to test out combos with an unplayable 'boss' character.
I managed to get an action replay code set-up for EX2 but for EX3, after many hours of failure I found the following mod...

A random bit of extra info. To the best of my knowledge there was no version of alpha 3 that had access to both Shin Bison and the ability to do crouch cancels. After much research the solution was Hyper Street Fighter Alpha, a game that includes Shin Bison as a playable character and a hidden dip switch menu that allows you to put crouch cancels back into the game. So the combo clips that include crouch cancelling are all from HSFA.
