Shimmer and Shine makeup and hair is one of our favorite to do! So we decided to do a new Shimmer and Shine hair and makeup tutorial! This Shimmer and Shine makeup look is really simple and perfect for Shimmer and Shine dress up or Shimmer and Shine Halloween costumes. For the Shimmer and Shine hair we did an Ombre hair style with glitter to jazz up the Shimmer and Shine genie look!
